Shipping & Returns

Currently delivering to UK only. International shipping coming soon. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over £75; below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. Preorder items ship on the date shown on the product page.

International shipping is coming soon. For now we deliver within the UK only — sign up to the newsletter to hear when we ship to your country.

UK orders have no import duties to pay. When international shipping launches, any local duties or taxes will be set by your local authority and are the customer's responsibility.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached. Start a return by contacting us with your order number; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned with the protective hygiene liner still in place and tags intact. Please try on over your own underwear. Returns without the liner cannot be accepted. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
